Roswell Students Are Finalists in Talent Competition

Show Stopper finals take place next weekend, April 21 at 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Four north metro area students are finalists in Show Stoppers, an Atlanta-area wide talent competition, including students from two Roswell area schools. 

Piper Gibson, of and Lucy Tschetter-Gaus, of join Brianna Harding, of Perimeter Christian School and Roslyn Milne, of King's Ridge Christian School as part of a roster including 36 acts from 41 different schools. This year's competition is coordinated by Act3 Productions, an award-winning theater company based in Sandy Springs.

The students in grades K-7th will compete in the Show Stopper finals on April 21 at 4 p.m. and 8th-12th grade students will compete at 8 p.m. at the Church of the Redeemer, 5185 Peachtree Dunwoody Road, Sandy Springs. 

Judges for the event are some of the best known names in Atlanta entertainment: Jan Smith, vocal coach for Justin Bieber; Usher; The Band Perry; Lisa Rosmond, vocal coach to young Broadway and Disney
artists; Jody Feldman, associate producer and casting director for the Alliance Theatre; Jaspar Cameron, songwriter/producer for artists such as Christina Aguilera and Ciara and Joseph Sikora, as well as senior executive at Plumbline Music Group.
