Blessed Trinity, Fellowship Christian Ready to Kick Off Season
Area private schools gear up for football season.
Blessed Trinity Starts Season Aug. 23
Blessed Trinity in Roswell kicks off its season Aug. 23 at Westminster. That game will be preceded by an Aug. 16 scrimmage with the visiting Cambridge. The first regular home game will be Aug. 30 when the Titans host Lovett.
The Titans recorded nine wins last year.
Fellowship Christian Kicks Off Season With Home Game
Roswell's Paladins start their season at home on Aug. 30 against Lakeview Academy. An Aug. 16 scrimmage will pit them against the visiting Kentucky Country Day. Fellowship Christian's first away game is Sept. 6 at Towns County.
This season new head coach Al Morrell is set to bring a wealth of experience to the Paladins.

King's Ridge Starts the Season With Home Games
King's Ridge Christian in Milton starts the season with a handful of home games. An Aug. 16 scrimmage pits the Tigers against Prince Avenue Christian, while the regular season starts with the visiting Pinecrest Academy from Cumming on Aug. 30. Those games are followed by another home game Sept. 6 against Alpharetta's St. Francis.
St. Francis Plays First Home Game Aug. 30
The Knights in Alpharetta play their first regular home game Aug. 30against Mount Vernon. That game is preceded by a scrimmage against Pinecrest Aug. 16 and the first regular season game Aug. 23 at Prince Avenue Christian. The Knights play their neighbors at Kings Ridge on Sept. 6.
The Knights celebrated their first varsity win in September 2011.
Pinecrest Academy's Season Starts Aug. 30 at King's Ridge
The Paladins travel from Cumming to Milton to face off against Kings Ridge in their first regular season game on Aug. 30. That's preceded by a scrimmage Aug. 16 against St. Francis. The team will then travel to Cross Keys Sept. 6.

Pisgah's Patriots in Johns Creek hold their first scrimmage on Friday, Aug. 16, against Lakeview Academy. The varsity squad's regular season starts Aug. 23 at Mount Vernon. The first home game isn't until Sept. 13 against Our Lady of Mercy at PAC.
