Centennial Knights Battle the Milton Eagles on Televised Game Tonight

The two North Fulton teams may have losing records so far, but this game could have big playoff importance in the region.

Just one game is on the schedule tonight, and it's also going to be on TV. The Centennial High Knights welcome the to their field Thursday night.

The game will air live on Thursday night at 7:30 p.m. on Channel 2.2, WSB-TV’s second digital channel (or on Comcast 248 and Charter 127). Fans can also stream games live onlineΒ and watch the rebroadcast Friday nights at 1:06 a.m. on Channel 2.

But it's still more fun to head to the stadium, grab a hot dog or a slice of pizza with a Coke from the concession stand run by the booster club, and settle into the stands. At least until the game starts, because then you should be standing and cheering.

At game time it should still be pretty warm, according to the National Weather Service, which predicts a temperature in the mid-70s. Once the sun sets, the temperature will dip and by the game's end it will be in the mid to low 60s. Mom would say that's sweater weather, so grab one or a sweatshirt for that walk back to the car when the cheering's done.
