Are you ready for another round of picks?

at Alpharetta: Alpharetta (7-1 overall, 4-0 in Region 6-AAAAA) can sew up the region championship with a win over third-place Centennial (4-4, 3-1), which still has its eyes set on securing at least a first-round home advantage in the playoffs. With a win, Centennial can force a three-way tie for first place with Alpharetta and West Forsyth heading into the final week. Alpharetta may have too much offensive firepower for Centennial, which has won its last three games by a total of nine points. Alpharetta 28, Centennial 19.

West Forsyth at : We’ve wanted to believe that Roswell could turn things around, or at least put a complete game together and notch a W. We’ve even picked them to win three times previously. But the Hornets (0-8, 0-4 Region 6-AAAAA) haven’t been able to pull one out. West Forsyth (8-1, 4-1), which is playing its final regular-season game this week, can still win the region title, providing it beats Roswell and Alpharetta loses its final two game. West Forsyth 30, Roswell 14.

South Atlanta at : With the Region 6-AA Division B title (and top seeding) wrapped up, it hardly matters whether or not Blessed Trinity (5-3, 4-0) beats South Atlanta (4-4, 1-3). Of course, the Titans are in little danger of losing to the Hornets, who played their best ball of the season before midseason. Blessed Trinity 32, South Atlanta 17.

at Pace Academy: Here’s the deal. Fellowship Christian Academy can play a spoiler’s role by knocking off Pace Academy. Pace is 3-2 in the Region 5-A North and a loss could open the door for King’s Ridge (also 3-2 in the region) to get into position to play for a postseason berth. But really, Fellowship (4-4 overall, 1-4 in the region) is probably more concerned with trying to notch a winning record. Pace is beatable, but it will take the Paladins’ best to get a win. Being at Pace doesn’t help. Pace Academy 25, Fellowship 18.
