It was Saturday night lights at Roswell High School for the Roswell Junior Hornets, who played Alpharetta last Saturday.
The Hornets eigth grade football team beat the Alpharetta Junior Eagles, 34-19, with the help of a sterling goal-line stand and some nifty offensive play. Roswell remains undefeated. But the bigger issue for the team, the cheerleaders and the fans, are the spirit and learning the event engenders.
