Roswell Residents Get Ready to 'Crawl' Again

Tickets to the Trilogy Trolley Crawl, Aug. 18, are currently on sale at locations such as Roswell City Hall, the Convention and Visitors Bureau and The Chandlery.

You won’t catch Roswell native, Shannon Vann at home on the couch on Aug. 18. She’ll be taking a trip with her husband and four other couples to Santa Fe, San Francisco and South Beach - all without leaving Roswell.

This year is the fourth annual and takes place on the grounds of Barrington Hall, Bulloch Hall and Smith Plantation.

"We haven’t missed one yet, and can’t wait for this year! It’s such a fun thing to do right here in Roswell and we’ve never experienced anything quite like it," says Vann.

"I love seeing all the different themed venues and meeting people on the trolley," said Vann. "It’s a ton of fun and there really is something for everyone."

Vann says she likes to meet with the couples and have drinks and appetizers at one of their homes before heading out to the event.

"We make an evening out of it and look forward to the Trilogy Trolley Crawl every year! Last year we posted our pictures on Facebook and had so many say that they wanted to go – our group gets bigger and bigger each year," she said.

Manager G. Morgan Timmis, producer of the event, said that tickets to this year’s event are already selling quickly.

"We know this will be an especially popular year with the fantastic host cities, food and entertainment we have lined up," she said. "We’ll also be giving away an actual trip for two to South Beach that evening, which we’ve never done before. People are responding from all over Atlanta!"
