Abs are made in the kitchen

Are you trying desperately to lose that muffin top or little bit of jiggle around your mid-section?  Are you exercising and doing crunches and sit-ups to no avail?  Well, look no further than your fridge. 

A slim stomach and defined ab muscles come from two things 1) burning calories which burns fat and 2) what you eat.  No amount of exercise can compensate for a bad diet.  Don't eat your way through all your hard work! Focus on eating CLG - clean, lean and green.  Limit the amount of salt, saturated fat, and processed foods in your diet.  Stick with foods that are close to the earth.

To burn calories, you must build lean muscle.  The more muscle mass you have, the more calories your body will naturally burn.  The largest muscle groups burn the most calories, which will in turn burn more fat - especially around your mid-section.  You need to work your back and legs to get great abs - not very intuitive is it? 

Change these two things and that 'Six Pack' will start to form!
