'Brides Across America' Comes to Roswell Again

Wedding Angels Bridal Boutique is about to make several military brides dreams come true through the "Brides Across America" event today and tomorrow.

Brides Across America, a national charity which encourages boutiques to provide free wedding gowns for military brides, is open to brides who are engaged or have had a civil ceremony and are planning a wedding within 18 months.

“We are so grateful for the service men and women who are showing their commitment to our country. There is no better way to thank them than to help them celebrate their wedding,” said Wedding Angels Bridal Boutique owner, Jacqueline Westney.

Over 100 dresses are expected to be given away during the event, according to Westney.

It's the fourth year that the Roswell boutique has participated in the event, which allows brides - even those with fast approaching wedding dates because of deployment plans - to have their pick of designer wedding gown samples at no cost to them.
