Personality Makes This Shelter Kitten Stand Out

Rupert is up for pet adoption at the Atlanta Humane Society's Mansell Campus in North Fulton.

Some black shelter cats find it hard to stand out among a crowd of kitties due to their solid color and, unfortunately, often get overlooked because of this. However, Rupert a black domestic shorthair mix at the can’t help but stand out due to his energetic and fun personality.

At almost two years old he is still a young man with a mischievous side who loves to play. He is frequently seen peering out from under his homemade kitty tent he creates from his paper liner.  Rupert thinks this is very sneaky! He also loves to play with fishing pole feather toys and is always ready for some fun.  This handsome man would do best in a home without other cats but don’t worry he will have enough love and spirit for all.

In the hopes of finding a family who will give this boy all the playtime and love he has been waiting for, Rupert has been vaccinated, dewormed, micro-chipped, neutered and tested negative for FIV and feline leukemia.
