Roswell Rotary Club Receives Habitat Hammer Plaque

The honor was awarded thanks to the club's work on the Phares family home.

Recently the Roswell Rotary Club was presented an official β€œHammer Plaque” by Russ Hayes, CEO of Habitat for Humanity-North Central Georgia.Β 

The plaque was presented in recognition of the Rotary Club's participation and support of a recent Habitat home for the Phares family. The home was built as part of a combined effort with five local Rotary Clubs and ten local high schools. The Roswell Rotary Club partnered with to help build the home through Habitat, a non-profit, Christian housing ministry that builds simple, decent homes for purchase by low income families who demonstrate a capacity for responsible homeownership.
