Efficiency Motor Cars is a family-owned and locally-operated car dealership. They cater to English and Spanish-speaking customers. Although this is a small dealership, there is a good selection of vehicles, both import and domestic.
I am currently financing a car through Efficiency Motors. The car that I am purchasing was rigged up enough to get it off the lot and to sign the contract about 5 days later service engine light came on with thousands of dollars of repairs required. While repairing the car fell behind 2 weeks on a payment of $200. May I say that I made a huge down payment of $4500 and will finish paying off the car in October. This company is threatening me to repossess this car if I do not make this $200 payment today (April 10th) versus tomorrow morning (April 11th). So I do not recommend this company to anyone. If you do not work with people how do you expect for your business to last.
My sister bought a car from this horrible car lot one month ago. She was ripped off badly. They rigged the car so it looked fine. A week later the transmission light came on and the car started viciously jerking to the left. Then more and more problems started. We took the car back and asked for a refund or something that was at the bare minimum drivable. A shady salesman name K. C. Offered her 4 cars out of 100 on the lot. The 4 were in worse shape then the first one. We asked for a refund and were ask to leave. They threaten to call the police if we didn't. My sister is a disabled veteran who served her country. And all she wants is a decent car to get back and forth to the VA Hospital. This is a very horrible company. Please beware.
