Pit Stop shares the same building with some decent oil and lube shop but don't be confused - this place is bad. It looks fancy from outside. However, every time I looked inside I saw mechanics smocking while working on cars. That should have rung the bell but I was not thinking when I brought my car there. I ended up paying for 2 expensive parts, even though only one of them was required to fix the issue but they said it could not be returned because it was special order. After I picked my car up, I discovered the steering wheel was reinstalled in wrong position. Next day, I brought the car back to Pit Stop to fix the steering wheel. When picking it up I found it with the same problem. The car was there for entire day and they did not even touch it. Pit Stop manager Josh told me that my car had alignment problem and they could not fix it. I took my car to Toyota dealership, where it was finally fixed. Toyota confirmed that it was not an alignment problem but rather wrongly positioned steering wheel.
I disputed the credit card charge. American Express rules! I will never take my car there.
