Holy cow! He was the best Ump out there every season. My son is 17 now and its been a few yearsRead More since he stopped playing rec league baseball. I miss it every Spring. I never knew Alvin by any name other than "Blue", but he knew ALL of us and always went out of his way to help the kids have a great day, learn the sport properly and some hard lessons along the way. Sorry to hear of Alvin's passing and glad I know the proper name to put to that face. Keep it fair up there, Blue.

Hog man, May you someday experience something where you know how Andrew felt... where you're backedRead More up against a wall with no alternatives and experience the pain and desperation that Andrew went through... Then maybe you will understand and realize how elected officials and volunteers of a city can use criminal tactics to promote their agenda. It is ruthless and despicable. Properties can be replaced... A man's life cannot...It's unfortunate that you don't see this.

What can you say about the kindest, sweetest, most giving, most gentle man you could ever hope toRead More meet in a lifetime? There was no such thing as a stranger to Mr.Coleman, just friends he hadn't met yet. He lived a good life, loved everyone and smiled no matter what. I could go on and on but I just can't right now. I know he is singing with the angels and would like us to celebrate his life, live well and be happy. The world lost a wonderful man but he is watching over all of us now.
