Eagle Scout Award Presented to Three Local Scouts

The boys were recently recognized during a ceremony at St. Peter Chanel Catholic Church.

Three recent graduates of Blessed Trinity Catholic High School in Roswell also recently achieved the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest rank in Boy Scouts.  This accomplishment represents years of adventure, fun, work, and dedication to the Boy Scout program for David Miller, William Pocock and Stuart Webb - all members of Troop 1134 in Roswell. Miller's eagle service project consisted of taking down the old dilapidated bridge in Gabriel's Garden at Queen of Angels Catholic School in Roswell and building a new bridge, along with replacing the birdhouse and adding bat houses. Pocock created a sensory room for Next Step Ministries in Woodstock, a facility that serves young adults with severe disabilities. He built a sensory wall, installed …
