The online car buying site will present local residents with "Random Acts of Carvana" by paying the northbound and southbound GA 400 tolls - including Cruise Card/Peach Pass lanes - from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and again from 4 p.m.-6 p.m. Additionally, visitors to the Carvana website that day can register to win one of 200 $100 gas cards, according to marketing information provided by the company. The North Fulton Chamber of Commerce says more than 85 exhibitors have signed on for this year's event at the Marriott in Alpharetta.
Thousands of business people are expected to attend the 2013 North Fulton Business Expo on Friday, and you can be one of them, too. But you've got to hurry and register today to get in for free for the event, held once again at the Atlanta Marriott Alpharetta on Windward Parkway. "They have until 5 p.m. today," said Kendra Plotkin, director of operations for the North Fulton Chamber of Commerce. Admission at the door will be $20 if you haven't registered by today, March 19. Thanks to Angel Pagan of the San Francisco Giants, Taco Bell fans nationwide have a chance to enjoy a free Doritos Locos Taco on Tuesday, Oct. 30 from 2-6 p.m. In Roswell, fans can visit the Taco Bell at 915 Holcomb Bridge Road or near the Cobb/Cherokee line at the Taco Bell located at 4720 Alabama Road NE. The event offers free entry into participating museums for anyone who presents a Museum Day Live! ticket. Museum Day Live! supports the mission of Smithsonian Museums in making cultural education accessible to everyone. The coffee chain is giving away its new energy drink that looks and tastes nothing like coffee today, Friday, July 13, from noon to 3 p.m.
It's not Red Bull. Not Amp. Not Monster. But there's a new summer drink from Starbucks that apparently packs a punch. Refreshers is a drink that is a "thirst-quenching pick-me-up that packs a boost of natural energy from green coffee extract but looks and tastes nothing like coffee," says Starbucks. On Friday, July 13 from 12 to 3 p.m., you can get a free 12-ounce, hand-crafted shaken Refresher, one per customer.
