No-Cost Holiday Decorating: Part II - Wreath Making

Using materials you already own to make a holiday wreath

If you read Part I, you will remember that I mentioned there were two parts to no-cost decorating: 1.       Using what you have 2.       Making what you need from things already available to you After using what I had, I still felt like the mantel needed a little extra "something."  As usual, when I'm stuck and need inspiration, I automatically start browsing my long list of bookmarked DIY and crafting blogs.  I immediately stumbled on the trend of creating beautiful holiday wreaths from recycled materials. This was exactly what I need!  A pretty wreath to lean against the middle of the mirrors would add that extra pop I felt was missing.  So, I pulled out the last bits and pieces of Christmas decorations I had available and started …
