The AJC reports that former Braves player Chipper Jones is selling his Glenayre in Roswell home for $3.2 million. Jones bought the brand new home in 2005 for $4.3 million. The 23,504 square foot home has seven bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, six fireplaces, four car garage and swimming pool, according to the Professional Realty Group listing on Realtor.com. The home is in the Mountain Park Elementary, Crabapple Middle School and Roswell High School school districts.

The star has listed the Glenayre home for $3.2 million.
Usher is selling the Roswell home he's allowed his ex-wife, and Estella Boutique owner, Tameka Raymond to live in since their divorce in 2009. The star, who caused some controversy while voting at Roswell Area Park's Bill Johnson Activities Center on election day, officially put the Glenayre home up on the market earlier this month. The couple bought the home while still married in 2007, according to TMZ. Usher has since moved to Johns Creek, though Tameka has continued to live in the local home. The listing's Realtor.com profile says there are eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a swimming pool and a four car garage on 4.25 acres. North Fulton's FishNet Security donates funds, volunteer hours to help a family of four build their Habitat for Humanity home.

FishNet Security's Alpharetta office has partnered with Habitat for Humanity – North Central Georgia, based in Roswell, to help build a home for the Phares family of North Fulton. FishNet Security donated $3,000 towards the build and sent 15 employees last Friday, April 20 to help with the construction of the home in Park Creek subdivision across the county line from Milton in Cherokee County. The home is due to be completed on May 19. The FishNet Security employees performed the last of the interior work and enjoyed a full day of painting. This is the third year that FishNet Security, formerly Logic Trends, has partnered with Habitat to help build a home for a deserving family.
