Roswell Police Department and Roswell Target stores are inviting local residents to National Night Out on Tuesday, August 7. The free event will be held at Roswell City Hall. Food, drinks, a rock climbing wall, a dunk tank, local vendors and prizes are just some of the things residents can look forward to enjoying during the event. Police vehicles, fire equipment, SWAT, K-9 demonstrations and children games are all part the special event, which is held in towns across the country. The event is designed to strengthen our communities by encouraging neighborhoods to engage in stronger relationships with each other and with their local law enforcement partners. Get to know your neighbors and those sworn to "serve and protect" Roswell residents during tonight's "National Night Out," an event held throughout the country to increase crime prevention awareness.
