Pork Sausage Products Being Pulled from Stores

The products were distributed in Georgia and surrounding states and may contain small pieces of plastic, likely from gloves.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service has announced a product recall due to the possible presence of small pieces of plastic, likely from gloves.  Smithfield Packing Company of Virginia is recalling approximately 38,000 pounds of pork sausage that may contain small pieces of plastic, likely from gloves.  The following products are subject to recall: Click here to view the product label.
