Weather Watch: A Little Snow Heading Georgia's Way?

There's a chance parts of Georgia will see the white stuff over the next 48 hours, according to The Weather Channel.

OK, so we may not get a winter wonderland, but there's a chance northern parts of Georgia could see a little of the white stuff heading into Tuesday, if current weather patterns hold. The folks at The Weather Channel say on their site that an area of low pressure is developing in the upper atmosphere over Tennessee, Alabama and Mississippi. "Underneath this low," the Weather Channel article reads, "there may be just enough moisture and cold air to combine and produce snow or a rain and snow mixture in parts of the South." That's what it's looking like for Monday in parts of Tennessee, Mississippi and Alabama.
