Dale, Founders Square always looked like a Grade B Western Movie Set to me, too. It used to have a "water wheel" at the entrance. It has never been successful except for Chaplins which has been there for almost 25 years because it is the neighborhood place to go and it is fun with good , fairly priced food. While I am certainly in favor of living in a nice community, and Alpharetta seems to be doing a little bit better job than Roswell, I am not in favor of using tax dollars to "go green". It's amazing how many great ideas are out there -- provided that someone else, i.e., the taxpayers, pays for them. I wonder how many of these great ideas would survive if the promoters had to raise the money …   more ›
