North Georgia Native Zac Brown Takes Home Grammy Award
North Georgia's own Zac Brown Band walked away with the Grammy for Best Country Album during Sunday night's award ceremony.
Sunday was a big night for artists who hail from abroad, as top Grammy Awards went to Belgian-Australian musician Gotye, who won Record of the Year for the duet with singer Kimbra "Somebody That I Used to Know." British band Mumford & Sons took home the Grammy for Album of the Year. Another Brit, Adele, received the award for Best Pop Solo Performance for "Set Fire to the Rain." Awards for Song of the Year and Best New Artist went to the New York-based band Fun., and Kelly Clarkson took home the Grammy for Best Pop Vocal Album for "Stronger."
