Roswell Man Arrested for Meth Trafficking
Authorities said the street value of the confiscated drugs is estimated at $33,600.
A 22-year-old Roswell man was arrested Tuesday in connection with methamphetamine trafficking, according to authorities. Pedro Aguilar-Lopez, of Rosemont Parkway in Roswell, was taken into custody by the Narcotics Unit of the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office and charged with trafficking methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute. The arrest was part of a controlled buy, according to investigators. Just before 3 p.m. deputies stopped Aguilar-Lopez, who traveled to Forsyth County with the one-half pound of methamphetamine in his 2004 Acura TL, as he pulled into a business at The Collection at Forsyth on Peachtree Parkway. Following his arrest, deputies searched his car that resulted in locating the drugs. …
