Beth McKibben, Neighbor

Beth is a freelance writer, blogger and story teller based in Atlanta who has written for pleasure all her life and professionally for over 16 years. She currently writes for various publications and PR firms covering food, culture and characters throughout the Southeast. Beth is a regular contributor at Deep South Magazine, where she enjoys writing about the history, culture and traditions of the South. 

Beth believes in the art of story telling and attributes her love for writing to her Father, a minister and avid writer, as well as to her Mother's large, extended Southern family who can all weave a good tale. Writing is in the gene pool on both sides of the family, going as far back as her great, great grandfather on her Father's side and at least the beginning of time on her Mother's side. 

She lives in Midtown Atlanta with her husband, two children, two dogs and a rabbit.  Both she and her husband run and enjoy racing locally. Beth considers Roswell her second home as it is where both her Mother and sister live. She can be found frequently lunching at the many eateries up and down Canton Street.
