Julian was born in Wales, UK, and is a naturalized citizen of the United States. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at the University of New Hampshire, and relocated to Georgia in 1985. He currently resides in the City of Mountain Park where he draws inspiration from the natural setting of this unique enclave.
