We rode it around 10:30 last night on the bikes to the west, then made a right on Barrett back over to Dallas Hwy. Both roads are heavily patrolled, so no matter how bad you want to drive it fast, you may want to rethink your behavior. While I am at it, look twice and save a life, bikes are everywhere.

Marietta has a new place to enjoy local musicians. Hamby's Clocktower Tavern is just up the road from Marietta Square and offers delicious food and drink specials, and will soon have a non smoking side. Darrell Hamby is one of the owners and an Osborne Alumni. Sher Hester is kickstarting the music with performances every Sunday in July. Sher is also an Osborne Alumni, with deep roots in gospel, bluegrass, and country music. A manager of hers once told her "You do Trisha Yearwood better than Trisha does Trisha."
Sher is also the vocal part of a band led by Police Chief of Austell, guitarist, Bob Starrett. They are known as "The Highway Band" and will be performing together on July 15th at Hamby's Clocktower Tavern. Ya'll come on down now, you hear !
