A National Fitness Company Is Coming to Roswell

YOUFIT HEALTH CLUBS OPENING NEW CLUB IN ROSWELL

Youfit Health Clubs, one of America's fastest-growing fitness companies, is opening a new club in Roswell this week.   

Youfit (www.youfithealthclubs.com) has already opened new clubs in Norcross, Kennesaw, Douglasville, Buford, and Suwanee, and all are doing very well. Now the company’s opening a club in Roswell, at 10930 Crabapple Road (Festival Village Plaza). It will be Youfit’s 59th club nationwide.  

Youfit’s business model is very unusual in the tradition-bound health club industry.

“We’ve tried to offer a concept – and an experience – that’s much different than the usual health club,” says company Founder/President Rick Berks. “We’re geared to the average person who just wants to stay in shape, rather than bodybuilders or ‘gym rats’. We don’t have long-term contracts - you pay month-to-month. We don’t have any salespeople…so there’s no one pressuring you to join. And we believe we have the Greenest clubs in America. For example, when you walk in, you’ll be walking on floors made of recycled tires or Nike ‘grind’ - recycled sneakers!”

The “Youfit” name is indicative of the company’s philosophy. These are clubs where “you” can “fit” in, without feeling uncomfortable, and without dealing with pushy salespeople. The equipment is all new, and all American-made. And the fees are extremely reasonable. 

“We’re building clubs for people who don’t want to deal with the trauma and drama of the usual health club,” Berks says. “You wouldn’t believe how many people tell me they have to get in shape before they’ll feel comfortable walking into a health club.”

Berks is a successful entrepreneur with a colorful story. And he’s bringing more clubs to North Georgia.
